WEEKLY REHEARSALS

Rehearsals for this production will be held at Wigle Studios, The Quarry, during the regular class times. Please click here to view the weekly timetable. As the performance dates approach, additional rehearsals will be scheduled, details of which can be found below.

In addition to the weekly rehearsal there will also be the following SUNDAY REHEARSALS:

Team A (Monday Group) extra rehearsal - Sunday 19th January, 3.30pm - 6pm 

​

Team B (Wednesday Group) extra rehearsal - Sunday 26th January, 1pm - 3.30pm 

​

Team C (Thursday Group) extra rehearsal - Sunday 26th January, 3.30pm - 6pm ​

THEATRE DROP OFF & COLLECTION TIMINGS

TEAM A (Monday rehearsal team)

Friday 31st January: 5:00pm – 8:00pm, All three teams requested to attend a full company tech and dress rehearsal at theatre severn. We will run the show twice during this three hour period. Once with Team B and again with Team C. Team A are asked to watch in the audience ahead of their first performance. 

Saturday 1st February 2025: 10:30am – 2:15pm, Team A required for their tech and dress rehearsal and their first show. 

Sunday 2nd February 2025: 3:30pm – 6.15pm. Team A required for their second show. 

Please ensure all drop offs are at Walker Theatre Stage Door (on the first floor opposite the Chapel Bar) and collections on the ground floor below the Walker theatre Stage Door.

TEAM B (Wednesday rehearsal team)

Friday 31st January: 5:00pm – 8:00pm, All three teams requested to attend a full company tech and dress rehearsal at theatre severn. We will run the show twice during this three hour period. Once with Team B and again with Team C. Team B will watch the other run from the audience.

Saturday 1st February 2025: 2:30pm – 5:15pm, Team B required for their first show. 

Sunday 2nd February 2025: 12:30pm – 3:15pm. Team B required for their second show.

COSTUME REQUIREMENTS

All cast members are asked to provide a white buttoned shirt (long or short sleeved - to be worn with one of our ties), black shoes, black socks, white trainers or pumps and white socks.

We recommend girls wear a form of dance short / cycling style shorts to wear under their costume. 
​

All other costumes will be provided by us. If you do not have any of the items listed above please let us know so we can arrange something from our collection.

​

Hair should be neat and off the face. Any style. Natural make up is welcome but no eyeshadow, lip gloss or lipstick. Students with long hair provide bobby pins, bobbles, hair grips and a brush.

We also recommend your child brings plenty of drink, and snacks / food for their time at the Theatre with us.
