Cancellations & credits for 1-2-1 tuition

We totally understand that things change, and sometimes you may need to stop lessons or simply miss an individual session.

If you decide you no longer wish to continue with your 1-2-1 singing or drama lessons, please give us at least 7 days' notice. We can then cancel your remaining lessons for the term and arrange the appropriate credit to your Class Manager account.

​

If you're continuing with your lessons but need to miss an individual session - whether you're unwell, have another commitment or simply can't make it that week, our 48-hour cancellation policy applies.

​

If you give us at least 48 hours' notice, we'll happily credit the value of the missed lesson to your Class Manager account, ready to use towards a future lesson.

​

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds for missed or cancelled lessons where less than 48 hours' notice is given, unless we're able to refill the lesson slot.

Cancellations sent directly to tutors by text, WhatsApp or social media can't be guaranteed to be picked up or processed, so please always email us.
