Location: Get Your Wigle On / World of Wigle, Shrewsbury Town Centre

Hours: 16 hours per week (with potential to increase)

We are excited to announce a brand-new role at World of Wigle and Get Your Wigle On. As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a skilled seamstress or seamster to join our team and support our expanding productions. This role is essential to the creative process, offering both flexibility and structure, with room for development as the company flourishes.

  • Collaborate with the production team to meet creative goals and deadlines.

  • Ensure the costume department is organised, efficient, and maintains high-quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong skills in sewing, tailoring, or costume production.

  • Reliability, organisation, and effective time management.

  • Experience in working with sewing patterns.

  • A positive, proactive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

  • A knowledge of fabrics and their applications.

  • Knowledge of fashion / costume design desirable

  • Experience working on industrial sewing machines would be advantageous but training can be given.
