WHAT TO BRING
We want every child to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience backstage. Please take note of the following guidelines:

-
Entertainment & Essentials: We recommend that children bring activities such as colouring books or reading materials to keep themselves entertained, as well as enough food and drink to stay hydrated.
-
Allergy Awareness: Please do not pack foods containing nuts, as we may have children with nut allergies.
-
Medication: If your child requires medication, an inhaler, or any other essential medical items, please ensure they bring them and inform Danni before leaving them in our care.

Phones & Backstage Experience
While we do not enforce a strict no phones policy backstage, we strongly encourage children to engage with their surroundings rather than relying on technology. We believe being backstage is a rare and exciting experience and we would love our members to fully embrace it rather than miss out by being on their phones.
Important: Children are not permitted to take photos or film from the wings or in the changing areas at any time. However, photos may be taken in the hallway and communal areas.

Costume, Makeup & Hair Requirements
-
Hair:
-
For those with longer hair, please bring hair ties and grips as needed.
-
We kindly ask that children arrive with their hair already styled. Any of the following styles are acceptable, as long as the hair is off the face: plaits, ponytails, or half-up, half-down.
-
-
Costumes:
-
Costumes will be provided, but we ask each child to bring the following items:
-
Boys: Flesh-coloured ballet shoes or plain white pumps.
-
Girls: Flesh-coloured ballet shoes or plain white pumps, along with flesh-coloured stage tights.
-
We also recommend that girls wear an undergarment, such as cycling shorts and a vest top, for comfort while changing.
-
-
-

Stage makeup is encouraged, with added glitter if desired.
