​LES MISÉRABLES – AUDITION UPDATE

Many thanks to everyone who attended our Les Misérables auditions this week. We were delighted to see so much talent in the room and are excited to move ahead in the casting process.
​
Following the auditions, we have decided to hold two separate callback sessions.
​
Female Role Callbacks – Thursday 12th February
Callbacks for female roles will take place on Thursday 12th February at The Wigle Studio, The Quarry, from 7:30pm–9:00pm. This will be a group callback session, with performers showcasing in front of our panel and each other. Those attending will be asked to familiarise themselves with the main solo sections for the relevant roles.

We will be contacting all performers who we have decided to call back via email this evening with details of the roles we are interested in seeing them - this may be different to their initial audition.
​
Please note that not all female performers will be called back. If you do not receive a recall email, this does not mean you have been unsuccessful in being cast in the production. All auditionees will still be considered for ensemble and solo roles.
​
Male Role Callbacks
We will be holding recall auditions the following week for male roles. At present, we do not have enough male performers to fill all roles, so we will be actively seeking additional male auditionees over the next 7 days. All male auditionees will be contacted next week with further information regarding the callbacks.

REHEARSAL INFORMATION:
​
Weekly Rehearsal:
Thursdays, 7:30–8:30pm
Start Date: Thursday 12th February 2026
Please note: From the Summer Term onwards, rehearsals will begin at 7:15pm, adding an extra 15 minutes to each session.

Additional Rehearsals:
During the final weeks before the show, Thursday rehearsals may be extended to allow full run-throughs.

AUDITION INFORMATION:​
​
Age Requirement: As stipulated by the license holders, all performers must be 18 years old or younger and in full time education on the final perfromance date. We are accepting auditions from 13-17 at time of audition.
