We’re also excited to share details of a new incentive scheme for ticket sales, launching this term!

As you may know, this has been a particularly challenging year for our production ticket sales. A large portion of our production budget comes directly from these sales, and with the rising costs of theatre hire and production expenses, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to maintain the high production values we pride ourselves on.

That’s why we’re launching a new scheme this Winter Term – and we’d love your support in helping us make it a success!

🎟️ Our Ticket Sales Incentive

Buy 12 tickets before 20th December and receive 20% off your child’s Spring Term fees.

This is a small thank you for your help in spreading the word and filling our audiences with excitement and energy. With the help of advanced ticket sales we will be able to shift our focus from marketing and production budgets and allow our small team to focus on what we love most – teaching classes and making incredible shows.

This incentive will be available to members of the following casts:

• Legally Blonde Jr - ON SALE NOW

• Dare To Dream Jr - ON SALE NOW

• Cats - ON SALE SOON

• Oliver Jr - ON SALE SOON

• Hadestown - ON SALE SOON

• Young, Junior and Teen theatre ensembles involved in the productions listed above. 

🔎 How to Check Which Show Your Child Is In

All performance information can be found in the Members Area on our website.
Please log in using the password sent out to you, select your child’s production, and you'll find:

• Their performance dates and times

• Extra rehearsals

• Costume requirements

• Ongoing updates (we recommend checking this page regularly)

💵 How do I qualify for the incentive scheme

When you have sold your tickets for the production please email info@wigles.co.uk with the information on the seats you have sold and the performance dates and times associated. We may require a proof of purchase in some instances. Members are kindly asked to not abuse this incentive scheme.

Can I use Theatre Severn’s "Buy 10 Get 1 Free" offer and still qualify for the 20% discount?
Yes! You are absolutely still eligible for our incentive if you make use of the Theatre Severn group offer.

(Please note: The Theatre Severn offer is only applicable when purchasing 10+ tickets to the same performance)

Do all 12 tickets need to be for the same performance to qualify for the 20% off?
No – the tickets can be spread across multiple performances within the same show run.

Is this offer available for adult company productions?

We’d love for our youth members and their families to support our adult productions too! Whether it’s a family outing, a work night out, or a community event, please get in touch at info@wigles.co.uk to ask about group incentives and the best pricing options.

Selling tickets isn't just about talking to friends and family. Here are more ways you can support:

• Share our social media posts – A few clicks can make a big impact!

• Pick up flyers from class and distribute them in:

  • Local cafes and shops

  • Supermarkets

  • Community centres

  • Neighbours’ letterboxes

• Talk to your child’s school – Ask if they can include flyers in school bags or on notice boards.
  Bonus idea: Add a personal note to highlight which show and date your child is performing!

• Use your network – Know a community leader, youth group, or church group? Introduce them to us.

• WhatsApp reminder – A quick message to friends and family with show details could help fill more seats.
